Returns Policy
Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in original packaging with all contents included.
How to return
To start a return, email info@anvira.uk with your order number. You will receive return instructions within 24 hours.
Return postage
Every return is on us. Change your mind or spot a fault — either way, postage is covered, no exceptions.
Refunds & exchanges
You may choose a full refund, store credit, or an exchange — depending on your preference.
Processing time
Returns are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your item.
Specific Situations
Faulty or damaged items
Email info@anvira.uk with your order number and clear images. A return or replacement will be arranged promptly, at no cost to you.
Gift returns
With the original gift receipt, you can exchange or return within 30 days for store credit, and the price will never be shown to you. Without a receipt, please contact us at info@anvira.uk and we'll help directly.
Personalised items
Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty, as they are made specifically for you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice.
Bank processing time
Once processed, refunds may take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Original delivery charge
Where a delivery charge was paid, this is refunded in full if your entire order is returned, or if the item was faulty.
