2. Our Products

All ANVIRA jewellery is crafted from genuine 925 sterling silver with premium plating and protective e-coating. Every piece is individually engraved ANVIRA 925 as your guarantee of authenticity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (£). If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your bank or card provider may apply their own currency conversion rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. These charges are set by your provider and are not collected by ANVIRA.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. No hidden fees. No drip pricing, ever.

4. Orders & Contract

A binding contract between you and ANVIRA is formed when your order is dispatched and your dispatch confirmation is sent.

5. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Personalised or engraved items are exempt under Regulation 28(1)(b) unless they arrive faulty or not as described.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may have different statutory rights under their own local law. Our 30-day returns policy applies to every customer regardless of location, and does not limit any statutory rights you hold.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all unworn ANVIRA pieces in their original packaging, exceeding the statutory 14-day minimum. This applies worldwide.

Return postage within the United Kingdom is covered in full by ANVIRA. For returns from the United States and Canada, we provide a prepaid return label and a flat £9.99 return fee is deducted from your refund, with ANVIRA covering the remaining cost. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are returned free of charge from any country. Full details on our Returns & Delivery page.

7. Delivery

United Kingdom
Royal Mail Tracked 48, 3–5 working days. Free standard delivery on every order. Express delivery is available for £6.99 at checkout.

United States
Royal Mail International Tracked, 7–14 working days. £19.99, or free on orders of £80 and over.

Canada
Royal Mail International Tracked, 7–14 working days. £19.99, or free on orders of £80 and over.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International transit times may be extended by customs processing, which is outside our control.

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

General
The price you pay at checkout covers your jewellery and any delivery charge shown. ANVIRA does not add any customs surcharge to your order, and where no import charge is raised by your country's customs authority, nothing further is payable.

United States
Import duties on orders shipped to the United States are paid by ANVIRA at the point of despatch, and in the majority of cases you will not be asked to pay anything further on delivery. In the event that United States customs raises an additional charge on your parcel, that charge is payable by the customer.

Canada
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, GST or HST, and a carrier handling fee on delivery. These charges are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency and are payable by the customer. ANVIRA is unable to predict, control or cover these amounts.

Refused or unclaimed parcels
Where a parcel is refused or returned to us because import charges were not paid, any refund will be issued less the original outbound delivery cost and any return charges incurred.

9. Warranty

12-month warranty from date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and stones falling out. This warranty applies worldwide. Full details on our Warranty page.

10. Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. These rights are not limited by our warranty or returns policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on anvira.uk is the property of JJ Trading Limited and protected by UK intellectual property law. No content may be used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

ANVIRA's liability shall not exceed the value of your original purchase. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Privacy & Data

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your data to third parties.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.
