Every ANVIRA piece is covered for 12 months from the day it becomes yours.

What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. A stone that loosens or falls due to a fault of our making.

What is not covered
The natural signs of everyday wear, including tarnishing over time. Accidental damage. Care or storage that falls outside our guidance. Contact with chemicals, perfume, or water. Loss or theft.

Making a Warranty Claim

To begin a claim, email info@anvira.uk. with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault. We review every claim within 24 hours. Once approved, the choice is yours  replacement, refund, or store credit.

Gift Warranty

A gift shouldn’t come with fine print. Every warranty transfers to whoever receives the piece just keep the original order number close by.
